The Turkish Religion Endowment affirmed that it will continue to support 1500 orphan children, who live in displaced persons camps, northern Syria.

In a statement on Wednesday, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Endowment, Ihsan Agik, stated that the foundation is working to meet all the needs of 1,500 children who lost their families and families during the Syrian crisis.

Ajik explained that Syrian children, despite all the difficulties they face, try to cling to life by living in displacement camps located in safe areas close to the border with Turkey.

He referred to the periodic visits that endowment officials make to ensure that children receive the required care, pointing out that they present them with gifts upon their visits with the aim of making them happy and bringing happiness to themselves.

Agic stressed that they provide food, clothing, housing, education and services to the war-torn families in Syria, who live in displacement camps.

He stressed that the permanent endowment seeks “to help the needy and aid the oppressed everywhere.”
