The security changes among the officers of the Fourth Division in Eastern Ghouta came after repeated complaints lodged against the checkpoints and the officers responsible for them, about their robbery, extortion and the imposition of royalties, especially the checkpoint headed by the detained major “Sumer Al-Ali” in Harasta, according to what was reported by the people.

مصادر “صوت العاصمة” قالت إن الشرطة العسكرية الروسية، نفّذت عملية دهم استهدفت فيها أحد مقرات الفرقة الرابعة في مدينة حرستا، واعتقلت خلالها الرائد “سومر العلي” مندوب مكتب أمن الفرقة الرابعة إلى المدينة.
وأضافت المصادر أن عملية الدهم والاعتقال التي نفّذتها الشرطة العسكرية الروسية، تزامنت مع تغييرات طالت معظم ضباط الفرقة الرابعة المسؤولين عن ملف المدينة الأمني.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن التغييرات طالت الضابط المسؤول عسكرياً عن قطاع حرستا، العميد “ياسين غصه”، وتم تعيين العميد “دمر سليمان سليطين” بديلاً عنه، إضافة لتغييرات في قيادة القطاعات بالغوطة الشرقية.
وجاءت التغييرات الأمنية بين ضباط الفرقة الرابعة في الغوطة الشرقية، بعد تكرر الشكاوى المُقدمة ضد عناصر الحواجز والضباط المسؤولين عنها، حول إقدامهم على عمليات السرقة والابتزاز وفرض الإتاوات، لا سيما الحاجز الذي يرأسه الرائد المُعتقل “سومر العلي” في حرستا، وفقاً لما تناقله الأهالي.
وأبدت القوات الروسية اهتماماً كبيراً في منطقة حرستا بالغوطة الشرقية، حيث عارضت نهاية العام الفائت، قرار محافظة ريف دمشق القاضي بالسماح لأهالي حرستا الغربية بالعودة إلى منازلهم، عقب تمركزها داخل الفوج 41 التابع للوحدات الخاصة في جيش النظام، والواقع في الأراضي الممتدة بين بساتين حرستا الغربية والسلسلة الجبلية التي تضم ضاحية الأسد.
