Maysa Al-Saleh, Secretary of the Assad Parliament, said that the agenda of the council session that will be held today, Sunday, will include the announcement of the opening and date of candidacy for the presidential elections.
She explained in statements to the pro-national newspaper, that today’s session is the first session of the special session of the Council, and she said that it will remain in session for the next ten days.
She added that the President of the Council will open the door for candidacy in the presidential elections, and that the time limit for submitting applications for candidacy is 10 days, in addition to determining the election day at home and abroad.
The Representative Council, according to Saleh’s words, receives applications for candidacy over the next ten days, received from the Supreme Constitutional Court.
According to Saleh: “Each candidate must obtain the confidence of 35 deputies in the People’s Assembly, as the vote is secret in the office of the Speaker, and it is not permissible for a member of the Council to give his vote to more than one candidate from among the candidates running for the presidential elections.”

Esad Parlamentosu Sekreteri Maysa Al-Saleh, bugün Pazar günü yapılacak olan meclis oturumunun gündeminde cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimleri için açılış ve adaylık tarihinin açıklanacağını söyledi.
Sadık gazete Al-Watan’a yaptığı açıklamada, bugünkü oturumun Konseyin özel oturumunun ilk oturumu olduğunu ve önümüzdeki on gün boyunca oturumda kalacağını söyledi.
Cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimlerinde Konsey Başkanının adaylık kapısını açacağını, yurtiçi ve yurtdışında seçim gününün belirlenmesinin yanı sıra adaylık için başvuru süresinin 10 gün olduğunu da sözlerine ekledi.
Salih’in sözlerine göre, Temsilci Konseyi, Yüksek Anayasa Mahkemesinden alınan önümüzdeki on gün içinde adaylık başvurularını kabul ediyor.

برلمان الأسد يعلن فتح باب الترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية اليوم
قالت ميساء الصالح وهي أمين سر برلمان الأسد، إن جدول أعمال جلسة المجلس التي ستعقد اليوم الأحد، سيتضمن إعلان فتح باب الترشح إلى انتخابات رئاسة الجمهورية وموعدها.
وأوضحت في تصريحات لصحيفة الوطن الموالية، أن جلسة اليوم تعد أول جلسة للدورة الاستثنائية للمجلس، وقالت إنه سيبقى منعقدا على مدار العشرة الأيام المقبلة.
وأضافت أن رئيس المجلس سيفتح باب الترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية، وأن المدة الزمنية لتقديم الطلبات في الترشح هي 10 أيام، إضافة إلى تحديد يوم الانتخاب في الداخل والخارج.
ويستقبل المجلس النيابي وفقا لكلام صالح طلبات الترشح على مدى الأيام العشر القادمة، والواردة إليه من المحكمة الدستورية العليا.
وبحسب صالح: “يجب على كل مرشح أن يحصل على ثقة 35 نائبا في مجلس الشعب، حيث يكون التصويت سري في مكتب رئيس المجلس، ولا يجوز لعضو المجلس أن يعطي صوته لأكثر من مرشح واحد من المرشحين المتقدمين للانتخابات الرئاسية”.
