The opposition National Coalition condemned the presence of representatives of the dictatorial criminal regime in the first global anti-terrorism summit sponsored by the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the United Nations, describing its presence as a “real, multi-dimensional farce.”
The “Coalition” said in a statement issued by it that the attendance of its representatives to the conference was a condemnable and disregarded act of hundreds of thousands of martyrs and victims who fell as a result of the terrorism of the genocide regime and its allies.
He added, “The organizers of such events are still unable to understand the reality and the responsibilities that they must bear, and because of that, they are involved in the service of a regime responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity and the use of chemical weapons, in addition to the organized sponsorship of state terrorism against the Syrian people, against neighboring countries and against the world.” “.
The “Coalition” considered that if the organizers were not able to notice the presence of “terrorists” on the list of the invitees, they would also not be able to find them anywhere else, and continued: “It remains only for the victims of terrorism, refugees fleeing from terrorist regimes, and activists detained in prisons to be converted. Those regimes, to an alternative ready to lay accusations and lies against them.”
In its statement, the “Coalition” demanded the expulsion of representatives of the terrorist and organized crime regime from this conference, and banning them from attending any similar events. It reiterated its call for freezing the membership of the regime of killing, destruction and civil genocide of Syria’s civilians as a criminal and terrorist regime, in any international institution until the completion of the political transition in Syria. وأضاف:”لا يزال منظمو مثل هذه الفعاليات عاجزين عن فهم الواقع والمسؤوليات التي يجب عليهم تحملها، ويتورطون بسبب ذلك في خدمة نظام مسؤول عن جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية واستخدام أسلحة كيميائية، إضافة إلى رعاية منظّمة لإرهاب الدولة ضد الشعب السوري وضد دول الجوار وضد العالم”.
واعتبر “الائتلاف” أن المنظمين إذا لم يتمكنوا من ملاحظة وجود “الإرهابيين” على قائمة المدعوي، لن يتمكنوا أيضاً من العثور عليهم في أي مكان آخر، وتابع:”لا يبقى إلا أن يتحول ضحايا الإرهاب، واللاجئون الفارون من الأنظمة الإرهابية والنشطاء المعتقلون في سجون تلك الأنظمة، إلى بديل جاهز لإلصاق الاتهامات والأكاذيب بحقهم”.
وطالب “الائتلاف” في بيانه بطرد ممثلي نظام الارهاب والجريمة المنظمة من هذا المؤتمر، ومنع حضورهم لأي فعاليات مشابهة، مجدداً دعوته لتجميد عضوية نظام القتل والتدمير والابادة المدنية لمدنيي سوريا باعتباره نظاماً إجرامياً إرهابياً، في أي مؤسسة دولية إلى حين إتمام الانتقال السياسي في سورية، وعودتها لتكون دولة لأهلها ولشعبها.
