Al-Raqqa Civil Council of the Autonomous Administration is working to launch a campaign to plant gardens that includes the city and the countryside.
The council said on its official page on Facebook today, Saturday, September 11, that in preparation for the 2022 season for afforestation and support for the environmental sector with green cover and giving an aesthetic color to the city and its countryside; The “Environment Directorate” in the council prepares seedlings in bags designated for this purpose.
The council pointed out that the appropriate soil and various seeds and seedlings are being put in order to take care of them, including suitable watering and fertilizers so that they grow well to be distributed to city and rural gardens.
The Syrian Democratic Forces took control of the city of Raqqa in October 2017, after a military operation with the support of the International Coalition against ISIS. During the war, many service and educational facilities and facilities were damaged, while work is underway to rehabilitate them.

يعمل مجلس الرقة المدني التابع للإدارة الذاتية على إطلاق حملة تشجير حدائق تشمل المدينة والريف.
وقال المجلس على صفحته الرسمية في فيس بوك اليوم السبت 11 أيلول، إنه واستعداداً لموسم 2022 لأعمال التشجير ودعم القطاع البيئي بالغطاء الأخضر وإعطاء صبغة جمالية للمدينة وريفها؛ تقوم “مديرية البيئة” في المجلس بتجهيز شتلات ضمن أكياس مخصصة لهذا الغرض.

وسيطرت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية على مدينة الرقة في تشرين الأول 2017 بعد عملية عسكرية بدعم من التحالف الدولي ضد داعش، وخلال فترة الحرب تضررت الكثير من المنشآت والمرافق الخدمية والتعليمية، فيما يتم العمل على تأهيلها من جديد.
