وأشارت أنه بعد التدقيق تبين أن السفينة أبحرت من بلد المصدر من دون أن يكون لديها إجازة استيراد ووصلت، نهاية أيار الماضي، إلى ميناء طرطوس.
وتم تقدير قيمة المصالحة على هذه القضية ما بين 8-11 مليار ليرة في حال تم التوجّه للمصالحة على هذه القضية، التي أحيلت إلى القضاء وفق الصحيفة.
