Turkish security in Gaziantep has arrested a judge affiliated with ISIS, who had previously issued a fatwa to execute two Turkish soldiers by burning in northern Syria.
Turkish media said that a judge in the “ISIS” organization, accused of issuing a sentence to the execution of two Turkish soldiers by burning in northern Syria in September 2016, was living freely in the city of Gaziantep in southeastern Turkey.
She added that after the news was published, the authorities re-arrested the Syrian citizen, Jamal Abdul Rahman Alawi, 64 years old.
The report indicated that “Alawi”, who worked as a Sharia judge within ISIS between 2013 and 2016, was living in Turkey with his extended family, noting that he owns a pet store.
In 2016, ISIS burned the Turkish soldier “Seftar Tash” and the intelligence agent “Fathi Shahin”, who were alive under the rule of “Alawite”, after they managed to infiltrate the ranks of ISIS.
In a 19-minute video clip published in late 2016, the two Turkish soldiers appeared in military uniforms being led from a cage and walking on the ground before being burned to death in the desert.

Raporda, 2013-2016 yılları arasında DAİŞ bünyesinde şeriat hakimi olarak görev yapan “Alevi”nin, geniş ailesiyle Türkiye’de yaşadığı ve bir pet shop sahibi olduğu belirtildi.
2016 yılında DAİŞ, DAİŞ saflarına sızmayı başaran Türk askeri “Seftar Taş” ile “Alevi” idaresi altında hayatta olan istihbarat ajanı “Fathi Şahin”i ateşe verdi.
2016’nın sonlarında yayınlanan 19 dakikalık bir video klipte, iki Türk askeri, çölde yakılarak öldürülmeden önce askeri üniformalar içinde bir kafesten yönlendiriliyor ve yerde yürüyorlardı.
