The Turkish state of Gaziantep began granting permission for leave to Syrians for holders of the temporary protection card “Kimlik” issued by the state exclusively and linked entry to the Jarabulus border crossing with Turkey and opened the registration door as of today, Tuesday.
The Jarabulus Crossing Administration issued the necessary conditions for obtaining the approval of the permit, which are:
The applicant for leave must have completed two doses of the coronavirus vaccine.
The applicant is entitled to two vacations per year, provided that the time specified for entering Syria and returning to Turkey is adhered to, otherwise the kamlak will be invalidated.
Reservations are made for all family members, with a participation fee of 20 Turkish lira per person, and those under the age of 11 are exempted from fees.

Hamile kadınlar için, doğum Suriye’de gerçekleşmişse, yeni doğan bebeği ile geri dönebilmesi için Türkiye’den bir sağlık raporu getirilmelidir.

بدأت ولاية غازي عنتاب التركية بمنح الموافقة على إجازات للسوريين لحاملي بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة “الكيملك” الصادرة عن الولاية حصرا وربطت الدخول بمعبر جرابلس الحدودي مع تركيا وفتحت باب التسجيل اعتبارا من اليوم الثلاثاء.
وأصدرت إدارة معبر جرابلس الشروط اللازمة للحصول على موافقة الإجازة وهي:
-أن يكون المتقدّم للحصول على إجازة قد أتمّ جرعتي اللقاح الخاص بفيروس كورونا.
-يحق للمتقدّم الحصول على إجازتين في السنة، شريطة التقيُّد بالوقت المحدد للدخول إلى سورية والعودة إلى تركيا، وإلا سيتم إبطال الكملك.
-يتمّ الحجز لجميع أفراد العائلة، برسم اشتراك 20 ليرة تركية لكل شخص، ويُعفى من الرسوم مَن هم دون سنّ 11 عاماً.
-المحافظة على وثيقة الدخول التي يتمّ ختمها في الجانب التركي، وفقدان الوثيقة يُلغي العودة إلى تركيا.
-بخصوص الحوامل، يجب إحضار تقرير طبّي من تركيا، لتتمكن من العودة مع مولودها في حال تمّت الولادة في سورية.
-الدخول والعودة حصراً من معبر جرابلس.
يشار إلى أن تركيا منح السوريين المقيمين على أراضيها إجازة خاصة بعيدي الفطر والأضحى تسمح لحاملي بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة التوجه إلى بلادهم والعودة خلال فترة يحددها الشخص قبل مغادرته الأراضي التركية.
