سيتم إعادة أسهم شركة سيريتل للتداول ضمن البورصة يوم الإثنين القادم والموافق في ال 15من الشهر الحالي، وسيكون السعر المرجعي للسهم 6831 ليرة سورية وهو السعر نفسه الذي تم إيقاف التدوال عليه.
وتم قرار إعادة التدوال من قبل مجلس مفوضي هيئة الأوراق والأسواق المالية، حيث كانت الهيئة قد طالبت الشركة بتقديم معلومات مالية وبيانات حول الأثر على الشركة نتيجة فرض غرامات وضرائب في وقت سابق ولم تقم الشركة بتزويد الهيئة بهذه البيانات، ولذلك اتخذت الهيئة قراراً بإيقاف تداول أسهم شركة سيريتل بتاريخ 2/6/2020.
والآن بعد أن قامت الشركة باستكمال كافة البيانات المطلوبة منها ولا سيما نشر أعمال الربع الثالث للعام الحالي، تم اتخاذ القرار بإعادة تداول أسهم سيريتل ضمن بورصة دمشق.
