وطالب الائتلاف الدول العربية بـ”تحمل مسؤولياتها تجاه دفع المجتمع الدولي ومجلس الأمن والأطراف الدولية الفاعلة نحو بناء آلية دولية صارمة تتضافر فيها العقوبات مع إجراءات عملية ذات إطار زمني محدد يضمن وقف الجريمة المستمرة في سوريا، وإنهاء معاناة عشرات آلاف المعتقلين في سجون النظام، وضمان العودة الآمنة للمهجّرين”.
